PU flexible foam
Polyurethane(PUR) flexible foams are flexible and largely open-cell foams and are based on ether and ester.
The excellent absorption properties make the material an all-round product in sound insulation in many areas such as machine housings and enclosures. We supply the material as sheets or rolls, cut-to-size parts according to your specifications and optionally with surface lamination and self-adhesive coating.

PE foam
Chemically crosslinked or non-crosslinked PE foam is a foam with a closed-cell cell structure. As a result, the material has very low water absorption and good resistance to oils, gasoline and acids. Other advantages such as good thermal insulation, aging resistance, moisture resistance and also good sound insulation make the material an all-rounder for many applications. With aluminum foil lamination, increased fire protection requirements are also met.
Melamine resin foam
Melamine resin foam Basotect®= a registered trademark of BASF SE is a melamine resin-based open-cell foam with unique properties. The product is manufactured by BASF. It is flame retardant (DIN 4102 B1) and highly temperature resistant. Due to its open-cell structure, it is light (9-11kg), highly sound absorbent and heat insulating. By combining these different properties, the material is an ideal solution for many requirements in one application.
It is used as an absorber in room acoustics as well as for sound and heat insulation in the automotive, commercial vehicle, aircraft and rail vehicle industries. Various products in our product range meet the current fire standards for rail vehicles and automotive.
Mineral wool
As a non-combustible insulating material, mineral wool is ideal for thermal insulation or also in industry for sound insulation. Due to the excellent material properties, there are very many possible applications in areas such as construction, industry, marine, aviation and rail vehicles. Mineral wool is very resistant to aging and is harmless to health. The high cost-effectiveness and easy handling gives mineral wool a high market acceptance and widespread use.
